Rejecting the pleas to extend the six-month loan moratorium cannot be granted either.<\/p>\n<p>Banks can also finally start declaring their bad loans (loans which have not been repaid for 90 days or more), with the court vacating the interim relief granted earlier not be declare the accounts of borrowers as NPA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Importantly, the judges said the banks \u201chave to pay the interest to the depositors and their liability to pay the interest on the deposits continue even during the moratorium period\u201d.
