They are not refusing any request from the workers who are willing to return.<\/p>\n<p>Although, centre and Haryana govt had repeatedly refused any chances of lockdown. Yet, current spurt of second wave in other states made all fearful. That\u2019s why neither industrialist nor the workers are taking any chances.<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u201cEvery workers had joined back to their work when unlock was announced last year. <\/strong><strong>And if they are willing to stay with their families, during this hard time, they should not be stopped\u201d, says Mr. Bimal Chopra of Metro Plywood. \u201cIf the situation persist for LESS or NO production, we should accept it gracefully. Harmony and good understanding is essential with workers\u201d.
