Anxiety is playing on everybody’s mind as we are still not out of the woods. More waves, more variants and the consequent fear of uncertainty remains with everyone. What will tomorrow bring? This had earlier been quite certain. Now it is not.<\/p>\n

Change is difficult for most people adjusting on new realities and finding ways of satisfying one’s needs in a changed environment, is quite disturbing.<\/p>\n

Many of us who have settled too well will find it too much difficult to start all over again, with a new perspective.<\/p>\n

We are all on a spectrum between excellent mental health and very bad mental health. We move from one end to the other in no time. So some body in excellent mental health today may be in poor shape tomorrow.<\/p>\n

In the pandemic, we have to be strong enough to act wisely and cautiously. Hence, take the word \u201cWellness\u201d seriously. Wellness is not just physical; it can be more mental than physical.<\/p>\n

This is a misconception, that money is the only factor driving any economy forward. Rather, products and services at reasonable prices, cordial atmosphere, dedication to customer satisfaction and generous attitude of both sellers as well as buyers are also factors that accelerate the economy. Money is just engine oil, which alone cannot propel the economy to make a happy nation. Happiness is the result of the good physical and financial condition of its citizens. You need money, but good health is also important to enjoy those money. And for this be faithful to your inner voice and act according to his instructions.<\/p>\n
