Perhaps this has been done to make earning from crypto difficult. Profits will be taxed at 30 per cent and the loss will not be adjusted against any other earnings, that is, they will not be able to show the compensation for the loss in the ITR. Importantly, profits will be treated as income and taxed and will not be treated as capital gains. Good solution for a challenge like crypto.<\/p>\n<p>Crypto&#8217;s rules are carefully crafted and take into account the fact that crypto can be sold for another digital asset or used to buy non-digital assets. For example, if you have two bitcoins and use it to buy a car, then it will be considered that you have sold two bitcoins and have received a car as payment, then it will be taxed. There are other aspects to the rules of crypto that need to be dealt with. For example, the increasing activity of self-declared crypto exchanges and the absence of any rules and regulations regarding these. In addition, crypto currencies can be used for criminal activities.
