Companies making new residential colonies are not only troubling the consumers, they are also harming the state governments, the state governments will have to think seriously about curbing them. The fee which these companies are charging from the consumers in the name of development is not getting deposited in the account of the government. It is also a matter of concern that if the consumer delays the payment due to any reason, then they also charge interest on the amount related to it, but these companies owe development fee, which they had to deposit in the account of the government. Due to non-deposit of this amount, the government does not even think about providing sewerage and other facilities in residential colonies. The government is not considering the amount that these companies have recovered from the consumers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One thing is clear from this that companies appease the concerned authorities, due to which they shy away from taking effective action against the companies. This is the reason why the officials do not care how much loss is being caused to the government or how much the consumers are suffering. Many of the dreams that these companies show to the consumers are not fulfilled. Due to recovery of dues from the companies, the problems of roads, sewer, water, electricity, drainage are standing in front of the newly developed areas. These will not be resolved until the dues are not recovered from the companies. The companies are not compelled for depositing this amount automatically; the government will have to take strict steps for this and will also have to accountable the officers who are responsible for recovery of the amount. The license of such companies should also be canceled and they should be blacklisted, otherwise they will continue to commit such misdeeds.<\/p>\n
