Property Anarock Advisory company has claimed this in one of its research reports. According to this, about 2.4 lakhs of the stuck residential units are located in Delhi -NCR only.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In its research, Anarock included only those residential projects that were started in the seven cities of Delhi NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune in 2014 or before. According to data obtained from research, construction of 36,830 houses in these seven cities between January 2022 and May 2022 was completed.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of May, 2022, 4.80 lakh units worth Rs 4.48 lakh crore were stuck in various construction stages in these seven cities. said that the contribution of Delhi-NCR and MMR in incomplete residential units is 77 percent. At the same time, the participation of Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad is only nine percent. Pune holds around nine percent and Kolkata holds five percent.<\/p>\n<p>Anarock said in its report that the house buyers in Delhi-NCR are facing a lot of difficulties due to non-completion of projects of several builders including JP Infratech, Unitech, Amrapali and The 3C company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Construction cost has increased very fast in the last five months. Despite this, the builder has maintained the pace of construction of housing projects.
