They do not have the necessary qualifications to work in the service and technical sectors. Such people can be given work only in manufacturing and construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Currently, the working population in China is more than that of India, yet there are more than 110 million people employed in manufacturing. This is more than four times more than that of India. Therefore, India will have to work on a war footing to increase employment in manufacturing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The biggest obstacle in this path is lack of capital, red tape and corruption. To set up an industry, one has to take the risk of raising a large amount of capital. After that, local, regional and central governments, agencies and political interests have to be dealt with. Most of the people in India have less purchasing power, so for the development of manufacturing, a policy that encourages exports like China is necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another option is to promote industries like textile industry, leather industry and cottage industry, in which capital is less and more people get employment. By adopting this strategy, Bangladesh and Vietnam have beaten India in terms of exports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Some people argue that India&#8217;s domestic market is very large. So it does not need to depend on exports like Bangladesh and Vietnam, but the problem is, where is India able to manufacture goods for its domestic market as well? The smallest items of homes and businesses are coming from China, because China manufactures them on a large scale and is selling them at a lower cost than manufacturers in India.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">That is why even small factories will not work. Large factories would have to be set up to manufacture large quantities of everyday items at the same or lower cost as China.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The biggest problem is the education system. Barring practical and vocational education, India&#8217;s general education system keeps children away from manual labour, occupation and business. After reading, they cannot think of doing anything other than a chair job. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the result of the increasing fight for government and lifelong jobs. There is a need to understand the possibilities that can open in simple and detail.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color:
