Are they looking for further depreciation in the rupee so that they can make more profit by selling dollars?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meanwhile, the value of a US dollar reached Rs 83 for the first time. According to experts, the value of rupee can fall to 84.50 per dollar in the coming days. This is perhaps what the exporters are waiting for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Following this attitude of the exporters, bankers and brokerage firms have advised their clients not to use the dollar as a hedging tool. Bankers are advising clients to hedge negligible or 15-20% dollars. Bankers believe that a weaker rupee will help exporters as it increases their income. They get more money by selling dollars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A banker said that the Reserve Bank is intervening to avoid a sharp fall in the rupee. RBI has recently sold dollars through banks. But if exporters continue hoarding dollars, the RBI&#8217;s efforts will be dented.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28530\"
