Private investment plays a crucial role in the growth of India. Almost all types of production and employment are generated in the private sector. Every step taken by the government should be seen as an investment promotion measure for the people in the private sector. Based on this fundamental understanding, it can be said that public policy is not an area where power is demonstrated in the economy. It is a game of establishing conditions in which the private sector is involved in activities that demonstrate strength in the economy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Similarly, the financial system should also be seen as a sector that prepares an environment for the creation of the economy for non-financial companies. Both policy and finance are means through which vibrant growth can be achieved in production and employment, and this can be done with the help of non-financial companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

A broad-based economy generates a multiplier effect. The influx of private investment can have a significant impact on the economy. An increase in consumption and employment also leads to an increase in demand. When individuals see their friends or relatives getting jobs, they interpret it as an improvement in their financial situation. This leads to many positive reactions. For example, an increase in loans, an increase in the purchase of durable goods, increased investment in business plans, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is significant variation within the economy. Some companies perform well while others are declining. What has declined in the recent decade has frightened many companies and business leaders. The recent months of growth may not necessarily bring a positive phase for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n
