Authorities believe that this plan will help identify suspicious transactions related to shell companies and money laundering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Some lawyers have criticized this proposal, saying that it will have a negative impact on the privacy of clients. They also mentioned that it would require amendments to the law to implement this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), jewelry traders, real estate agents, chartered accountants, and company service providers have already been made reporting entities, and further lawyers will be brought under the purview of the financial law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the month of May, the government made it mandatory for chartered accountants and individuals representing companies to maintain records of all financial transactions of their clients, expanding the scope of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/plyinsight.com\/hi\/placement-wanted\/\"
