This situation is prevailing for a long time. Thus, profit margin of the companies is continuously decreasing.<\/p>\n

If the costs are rising and the sale price is not able to meet the minimum cost, then the industry will become unviable.<\/p>\n

One of the reasons for the weak prices is that small producers sale their stocks at lower prices. This is also because they have to follow fewer rules. That’s why their costing is less. While the medium or large industries that try to follow the rule, their costing is high.<\/p>\n

Tax evasion is also playing a very important role in increasing the cost difference. For a long time, there are reports that trading firms are working on buying and selling bills. Because of that, the number of people working on taxation is increasing. From this, the regulated industrialists are getting affected.<\/p>\n

In the past, there was a lot of discussion in the industry that the time for the operation of the work should be reduced so that the total production can be reduced to the level of sales. In this discussion, all the industrialists could not agree.<\/p>\n

With this solution, a question will be added whether the reduction in output will bring in reduction in oversupply?<\/p>\n
