This would be less than the five-year low of 5.8 per cent in the January-March quarter.<\/p>\n<p>Subramanian said, &#8220;We should be cautious about this. We have been a market economy since 1991 and a market economy consists of sectors that grow rapidly at one time and go through a recession. I believe that we expect the government to use taxpayer money in areas that are going through difficult times.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>He said, &#8216;I believe you have come up with the idea that if the big companies fail, there will be a big impact on the economy, so the government should come forward to save them. At the same time, conditions have been created in which profit is private and deficit is public, which is contrary to the way the market economy works.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in the same program, Deputy Chairman of NITI Aayog, Rajiv Kumar said that extraordinary steps have to be taken to deal with the unexpected pressure of the financial sector. The financial sector has played an important role in the recession.<\/p>\n<p>He called the pressure on the financial sector unpredictable. He said that no one had to face such a situation in the last 70 years. He said, &#8220;Nobody in the private sector is trusting anybody. No one is willing to lend.
