Patriotism is not about raising slogans, but about respecting our fellow Indian citizens who buy our products by spending their hard-earned money. Or we buy from them. And this feeling will intrinsically motivate the manufacturers and sellers to be conscious about the quality of every product they sell.

We Indians personally do not care what the customers are consuming by paying us. Take the example of farmers who grow vegetables using polluted water; due to this, heavy toxic metals get added to the vegetables, which can affect the kidneys and other organs of the consumers.

Our cities are already suffering from poor air quality and we can no longer turn a blind eye to the actions of a few people in these areas. And if all things are deliberately made polluted in the greed to earn quick money, then we are causing the biggest harm to the human race.

Patriotism is not about raising slogans, but about respecting our fellow Indian citizens who buy our products by spending their hard-earned money. Or we buy from them. Inherently that we still consider customers as God. But the question is whether they are treated in the same way?

When customers pay a fixed price, businessmen also have an equal responsibility to maintain the quality of the product and that intention will come only when we start respecting our fellow Indians.

Overall Development cannot happen without the development of self. The same factory owners want the best of products and services for themselves and their homes. But they are unable to accept standardization in their own industry, which is illogical.

Technology, techniques and methodologies must be embraced by small factory owners if they wish to survive in the markets, in the coming days. You cannot seek all the technology and conveniences for yourself, and look for cheap working of your own industry activities, with minimum or no technical input. There is a standard approach for practicality as well.

Go through the engrossing webinar organized by wood technologist association (WTA) and made live by Ply Insight.

Deep down, the discussions have very relevant and critical points for though & action by the small industry stakeholders.
