Paged Plywood introduces Paged FreePly and Paged FreePly Nature – low-emission next-generation plywood

Paged Plywood has introduced two next-generation low-emission plywood products — Paged FreePly and Paged FreePly Nature — designed to support healthier, safer, and more sustainable interior environments.

Paged FreePly uses a formaldehyde-free adhesive, setting a new standard for eco-friendly plywood and responding to rising expectations for indoor air quality and sustainable materials. The plywood features an elegant, light glue line that enhances exposed edges in modern, minimalist designs. Available from 4 mm thickness, it is suitable for lightweight furniture, wall cladding, and decorative applications.

Paged FreePly Nature builds on these benefits by adding a natural veneer surface, enhancing warmth and aesthetics while maintaining low-emission bonding technology. Paged offers 11 veneer species as standard.

According to Radosław Krawcewicz of Paged LabTech, FreePly technology provides high durability and stability while eliminating formaldehyde, ensuring users no longer need to compromise between aesthetics, quality, and health.

Maria Perkowska added that the product features increased moisture resistance (bonding class 2), making it suitable for kitchens, children’s furniture, office applications, packaging, camper interiors, trade fair installations, public spaces, and home interiors.

Both products are produced from responsibly sourced FSC® or PEFC™ raw materials, offer a low carbon footprint, and support mechanical and laser processing. Together, Paged FreePly and FreePly Nature represent the future of ecological plywood — durable, lightweight, and aligned with sustainable design principles.

– Paged FreePly is a product with increased moisture resistance (bonding class 2), which allows for its wide range of applications – from kitchen and children’s furniture to office built-ins, packaging, camper interiors, as well as trade fair stands or elements of public space arrangements, apartments and homes,” adds Maria Perkowska, Global Product Development Manager at Paged Plywood.
