The business scenario is constantly changing globally. Big companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Meta etc. are practising all kinds of tactics, moral and immoral & political influence for their expansion. Whenever a new entrepreneur threatens to become a competitor of these big companies, they either adopt all kinds of tactics to eliminate, or buy it forcefully at a very higher prices. At the same time, companies like Flipkart and Amazon, get effective under tax exemptions using political influence in a country like India, Due to which, small enterprises surrender and vanishes. Trade deficit with China is continuously increasing despite adoption of various measures.

To control all such tactics, QCO (Quality Control Order) is one of the many efforts of the Government of India. Apart from the above reasons, establishing India as a production center in the global trade map is also a major reason to make QCO successful, only which can fulfill the ambitions of the goal of VIKASHIT BHARAT.

The anomalies in the format of BIS have been removed to a large extent, which was established in the discussion (17 August webinar). Definitely, a lot of hard work has been done in it. Still, if there are some issues left, they can be rectified by collective efforts, this was assured in this discussion.

At present, the basic problem of almost every MSME industrialist is his presence in every work of the industry from A to Z. Whereas the most important principle of management is to DELEGATE, that is, to divide the work and assign responsibility to your subordinate.

Entrepreneur’s Control over capital along with purchase-sale and fund raising is understandable, but not taking the services of experts in the production process blocks our productivity and growth. As long as there was margin in the industry, anything was acceptable. But this may not be the case now. Now the need for precision, efficiency and economy is increasing in every area of production.

Therefore, today there is a need to form a strong team, whose professional expertise should be developed through training. Such a group should be held accountable for overall personal and professional performance at the workplace.

Of course, this is as easy to say as it is difficult to do (in the present circumstances). If initially there is a problem in getting trained students from FRI/IWST, then we can train our trusted, skilled workers in their short term courses. This can overcome the shortage of skilled workers to a great extent.

Generally, a small saving of one percent, in the cost of raw material now results in lakhs. By simply controlling the small negligence in the process between the first and the last step of production, the assurance of quality automatically increase. And we can leave this work to these trained technicians.

It is a cent percent fact that such trained skilled technicians can compensate the extra expenditure/salary incurred on them, or even more than that, by their efficiency.
