WTA Team in North East Wood Expo Guwahati

The Wood Technologist Association participated in the North East Wood Expo held from 22 to 24 November at the Sursajai Stadium in Guwahati under the leadership of Vice-President Shri Gajendra Rajput.

In this three-day Wood Expo, many industrialists from the North East visited the Wood Technologist Association stall and discussed various topics in detail, among which the problem of wood seasoning and termite treatment was put before the WTA. On which the members of the WTA shared their views with the industry about reducing the wastage of wood during seasoning and various process methods of termite treatment.

People from the industry suggested to the WTA to conduct online webinars from time to time on the problems of the industry, which was agreed to by Vice-President Shri Gajendra Rajput and said that the WTA is always committed to providing effective solutions to every technical issue with the industry.

In this Wood Expo, WTA Secretary Mr. Manoj Gwari, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Yadav and Dr. Sandeep Kumar also expressed their views and made significant contributions to the program.

The Wood Expo organizer team thanked WTA for being a support partner and honoured them with a trophy.
