Gardener has no right to control fragrance

Do Good and forget about it. This is the moral lesson we all grew up with. It clearly tells us that we do not have the right to decide the life of the recipient or actual spending (right or wrong) for our contribution. This is a personal matter (disposal) of the ‘lucky’ person receiving the bounty.

Donors have the choice to provide basic resources to the needy to struggle in this competitive world. This ‘cooperation’ will play an important role in shaping his future. But it is also hard truth that we cannot control his liberty right to choose his future path. He can choose a path which is unexpected or unwanted by us.

It also means that if you play any role in empowering someone, then you have performed a great responsibility assigned to you by God. It is also true that it is difficult to part with our hard-earned money without any hope of return. Should we be upset if the person, who have received our contribution (be it small or big), does something we don’t agree with or (in extreme cases) stand against us?

The gardener nurtures the seeds until it grows. When flowers start blooming on plants, he no longer has the right to control where they spread their fragrance.

When we are giving encouragement to farmers in any form for the agro-forestry sector, even if our selfinterest is hidden in it, it is also a kind of charity. When the trees are ready, whom will it oblige after harvesting, if we are stucked, In this dilema, then we will not be able to participate in this noble deed, Which can transform our Industry.

Please remember, you are also a creator as well as businessman. Our elders had planted the mango tree knowing very well that they would not enjoy it’s fruit in their lifetime.
