Until now, Indian producers believed that the quality of foreign machines would be better and their technology would be superior. That is not the case anymore because we are developing technology our machines keeping the Indian environment in mind. The machines are designed according to the requirements of Indian practices. In contrast, if machines are imported, they do not provide this convenience. In the Indian environment, there is a variation of 0.5 to 0.7 and even up to 1 mm. We provide this flexibility to our customers in our machines.

If you set the calibrator with one more setting in the calibrated plywood, you will get a clean and shiny surface. Then the Face, which is made from gurjan or other expensive timber, can be saved. हमने कभी चीन को अपना प्रतिद्वंद्वी माना ही नहीं, क्योंकि वहां सस्ते पर जोर दिया जाता है, हम जर्मन की तकनीक को अपना प्रतिद्वंद्वी मान रहे हैं। इसका परिणाम यह निकला कि अब हमारे अंदर जर्मन में भी वहां की प्रदर्शनी में भाग लेने का आत्मविश्वास आया है। यह तभी संभव हुआ, जब हमने क्वालिटी और तकनीक के उच्च मानक रखे। तभी हम जर्मन मशीनों के बराबर मेड इन इंडिया मशीन को रखने में सक्षम हो पाए हैं।

कैलिब्रेटेड प्लाई में लकड़ी की बचत के लिए कैलिब्रेटेर के साथ यदि एक ओर सेटिंग कर देते है तो मेट प्लाई की सतह साफ और चमकदार मिलेगी। तब इस पर फेश जो कि गर्जन या दूसरी लकड़ी का लगाते हैं, जो कि काफी महंगा पड़ता है, को बचाया जा सकता है। कैलिब्रेटेड प्लाई की सतह इतनी साफ और त्रुटि रहित है कि इस पर मेलामाइन पेपर, या लेमिनेट और विनियर भी लगा सकते हैं, जिससे फेस की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। इससे जाहिर है लकड़ी की बचत होती है, जिससे यह पर्यावरण का सहायक भी है। इसलिए हमारा मानना है कि यह एक क्रांतिकारी कदम है।
