We can see it moving upwards and flourishing. But what we don’t see is that the tree is constantly working hard to strengthen its roots in the darkness and depth of the earth, where everything is scary or full of uncertainty.

A aspirations of a possible movement in the market have been dimmed as the QCO being delayed for a year. Also, the next few months have become challenging again. We can also say that we remained stuck where we were standing. And now our journey has restarted again from the same spot where we left it.

Among the challenges the industry is facing, the most prominent is ensuring the supply of affordable raw materials. As easy as it sounds to say, it is actually equally challenging to work on. It’s not because we can’t do it. Rather, the most difficult task is to bring everyone together collectively and prepare everyone to contribute.

Every small industrialist can contribute to this effort. This could be in any form, for example, distributing free saplings to farmers or donating one’s time or money to the organization in such efforts.

The role of the organization is at the top. From encouraging fellow industrialists to assuring farmers, from distributing saplings to maintaining prices.

Leading an organization is difficult in itself. It is quite easy to find the silver lining in any work. But active participation, that too without aspiration for praise (in other words, tolerating criticism) for the common good, elevates one and makes one a leader in true spirit.

When the mind is controlled and the intellect is positive then even the impossible becomes possible. Yes, one has to invest penance (hard work) and artha (money) in this.
