B. REPLACEMENT CYCLE OF NEW TECHNOLOGY & COST MANAGEMENT

B1. Though it is the best if few important Machines are replaced in every three to four years but undergoing the Industry in a tough competitive situations, this should not be delayed for more than five to six years.

B2. Regular Monitoring and scheduled Maintenance may keep all Machines in good working condition but introduction of developing technology will improve Energy and Productivity Ratio to improve Economy of the Industry.

B3. The Cost in replacing with new Technology may not be very high for Old Machines, because there will be always available buying Industries with limited profile.
