It is also concerning that talented Indian youth, despite their skills, have chosen to leave their country since independence and contribute to the prosperity of other nations. Our country misses out on the benefits of their innovative technology and thinking. Our sensitivity towards this talent drain has diminished.

In the past few years, India has witnessed rapid progress in technological advancements, digitalization, and artificial intelligence, leading to transformative changes in social, economic, and industrial landscapes, along with a surge in the pace of development.

In the 75th years of independence, the Indian mindset has seen a widespread sense of hope, enthusiasm, and self-belief like never before.

However, in recent years, due to factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ukraine-Russia conflict, and other geopolitical reasons, the global business landscape has become quite volatile, which has also had a definite impact on the Indian industry.

The central government has achieved significant milestones in areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, industry and commerce, waterways, export, self-reliance, and self-sufficiency by extra allocation in budget.

However, amidst the ongoing noise of electoral campaigns, the focus seems to be mainly on political rhetoric. The biggest dilemma is that due to the welfare schemes provided free of cost, the government tends to place the responsibility of job creation and entrepreneurship solely on private investors and entrepreneurs. This further increases the burden of responsibility on all entrepreneurs.

It is also concerning that talented Indian youth, despite their skills, have chosen to leave their country since independence and contribute to the prosperity of other nations. Any technology becomes successful only after numerous tests and failures. We are grateful to technicians and scientists who tirelessly devote themselves to it with infinite patience. The industry should also exercise great patience and perseverance in order to reap its benefits, and should also enhance the enthusiasm of experts. This includes agricultural scientists as well as chemists.

यह भी बहुत चिंताजनक सच है कि भारत के प्रतिभावान युवाओं ने आजादी के बाद से ही अपना देश छोड़कर अपनी प्रतिभा से दुसरे देशों को समृद्ध करने का कार्य किया है। देश इन प्रतिभाशाली नवोन्मेषीयों की नयी तकनीक और सोच का लाभ उठाने से वंचित रह जाते है। इस प्रतिभा पलायन पर हमारी संवेदनशीलता खो सी गई है। यह भी बहुत चिंताजनक सच है कि भारत के प्रतिभावान युवाओं ने आजादी के बाद से ही अपना देश छोड़कर अपनी प्रतिभा से दुसरे देशों को समृद्ध करने का कार्य किया है। देश इन प्रतिभाशाली नवोन्मेषीयों की नयी तकनीक और सोच का लाभ उठाने से वंचित रह जाते है। इस प्रतिभा पलायन पर हमारी संवेदनशीलता खो सी गई है।

भारत पिछले कुछ वर्षों में तीव्रगति से तकनीकी विकास, डिजीटल और आर्टिफिसयल इंटलिजेंस से सामाजिक, आर्थिक और औद्योगिक व्यापारिक परिदृश्य में परिवर्तनशीलता और समय की धारा के साथ सफलता से गतिमान है।

आजादी के 75 वर्षों में भारतीय जनमानस में व्यापक रूप से इतना आशा जनक उत्साह और स्वयं के उपर भरोसा भी पहले कभी नहीं देखा गया।

हालांकि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में कोविड, यूक्रेन-रूस युद्ध एंव अन्य भू-राजनैतिक कारणों से विश्व व्यापारिक परिदृश्य काफी अंसतुलित हो रखा है। इसका असर भारतीय उद्योग पर भी निश्चित तौर पर हुआ है।

केंद्र सरकार ने राजमार्गो, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, उद्योग और व्यापार, जलमार्ग, परिवहन निर्यात, आत्मनिर्भरता और स्वालंबन पर खर्च के बजट को बढ़ाते हुए बड़ी उपलब्धियां हासिल की है।

परंतु लगातार चलने वाले चुनावी शोर में रेवड़ीयों पर ही चुनाव लड़े जा रहें हैं। सबसे बड़ा द्वंद ही यह है कि मुफ्त की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के कारण, सरकार, रोजगार और उद्यमिता सृजन की जिम्मेदारी निजी निवेशकों और उद्यमियों पर ही डाल देती है। इससे सभी उद्यमियों की जिम्मेवारी और भी बढ़ जाती है।

कोई भी तकनीक कई कई परीक्षण और असफलताओं के बाद ही सफल हो पाती है। धन्य हैं वे तकनीशीयन और वैज्ञानिक जो इसमें अनवरत लगे होते हैं, असीम धैर्य के साथ। उद्योग को भी अपने फायदे के लिए अपना अहं व्याग कर बहुत धैर्य के साथ प्रतिक्षा भी करनी चाहिए और विशेषज्ञ का उत्साह भी बढ़ाना चाहिए। जिसमें कृषि वैज्ञानिक भी शामिल हैं और रसायनशास्त्री भी।
