Hike in Price of Shuttering Plywood

On 21st May 2020 a meeting was held by the Yamunanagar Film Face Shuttering Plywood Manufacturers to discuss the various issues of the industry. Mr Devender Chawla of MD Plywood Industries said to Ply Insight that

In the meeting it had been unanimously decided to increase prices of shuttering plywood by Rs.2.00 per sqft across all weight categories due to hike in input cost specially non availability of timber and labour.

This hike is applicable with immediate effect.

Mr Sant Kwatra of Nilgiri Plywood, Mr Rajeev Gupta of Unique Plywood, Mr Kamal Jain of Arihant Plywood, Mr Pradeep Garg of Ishan Plywood, Mr Rakesh Khurana of Radha Krishna Industries, Mr Aashish Agarwal of Guruji Group of Industries etc were also present in the meeting.
