Industrialists demand to restrict the quota slab to Rs. 20-25000

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar presided over a meeting with major industrial associations, chambers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders with Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala.

The Chief Minister Khattar said that the main purpose of the meeting was to seek suggestions and feedback from the stakeholders before framing rules for the new policy mandating 75 per cent job reservation for Haryana candidates. He said maintaining a perfect balance between the progress of the industry, and the economy along with creating a favourable employment environment, especially for the youth of the state, was the need of the hour and both government and industrialists should jointly work in this direction.

“The industry plays a pivotal role in the state’s development. The stakeholders gave many important and valuable suggestions at the meeting which would certainly be incorporated before framing the policy. If required, amendments to the policy would be made so as to ensure that it is industry-friendly,” he said.

Industrialist suggested to set the reservation for the job for works upto Rs 20-25000 salary. They also demanded that law should give relief to industry to procure workers from out of state if there is unavailability within the state.

20-25 हजार की जाॅब तक पैमाना बनाने का सुझाव

प्रदेश में निजी क्षेत्र में राज्य के युवाओं को 75 फीसदी नौकरी देने के नियम को लागू करने से पहले सरकार ने प्रदेश के प्रमुख उद्योगपतियों के सुझाव मांगे हैं। इनमें कई सुझाव ऐसे भी आए कि नीति में बदलाव की जरूरत है। उद्योगपतियों ने सुझाव दिया कि 50 हजार रुपए की जाॅब की बजाए 20-25 हजार रुपए जाॅब का पैमाना बनाया जाए। यदि हरियाणा में जरूरत के हिसाब से कुशल लेबर नहीं मिलती है तो उन्हें बाहर से लेबर लाने की छूट दी जाए। सुझावों पर सरकार अप्रैल के प्रथम सप्ताह में बैठकर कर निर्णय होगी। सरकार इसमें संशोधन भी कर सकती है। इसे एक मई को श्रमिक दिवस के अवसर पर लागू कर दिया जाएगा। इस संदर्भ में सीएम, डिप्टी सीएम दुष्यंत चैटाला ने प्रदेशभर के उद्योगपतियों के साथ बैठक की। सरकार का कहना है कि अब सुझावों को पाॅलिसी तैयार करते समय शामिल किया जाएगा। यदि आवश्यक होगा तो नीति में संशोधन किया जाएगा ताकि नीति उद्योग के अनुकूल बन सके। कुशल स्थानीय युवाओं को उद्योगों की जरूरतों और मांगों के अनुसार ओद्योगिक इकाइयों में रोजगार दिया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि आवश्यक होगा तो नीति में संशोधन किया जाएगा। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य स्थानीय लोगों को नौकरियों में 75 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने की नई नीति के लिए नियमावली तैयार करने से पूर्व औद्योगिक संघों, उद्यमियों और अन्य हितधारकों से सुझाव आमंत्रित करना है। प्रदेश में अनुकूल माहौल बनाने विशेषकर राज्य के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने के साथ-साथ उद्योगों की प्रगति और अर्थव्यवस्था के बीच सही संतुलन बनाना समय की जरूरत है। औद्योगिक इकाइयों को समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। कुशल स्थानीय युवाओं को उद्योगों की जरूरतों और मांगों के अनुसार ओद्योगिक इकाइयों में रोजगार दिया जाएगा।
