Your products are accessable in which states?

Ristal Laminates are available in a great variety of textures, designs, and colours that not only embellish the space but also provide strength and protection to the interior.Our product offering will always remain high quality with timely delivery at a reasonable price.

That’s why we are doing well in every part of the country. Our product is being appreciated in the market. We have presence in the markets of South, North, West, East. Our product is widely accepted in the market. We are living up to the trust of the consumers.

Where are you most accessible

With our timely delivery and quality offerings, our products are available across the country. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kerala are very good and emerging markets. There is a lot of scope there. We are focusing on these markets. As far as Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar and Jharkhand are concerned, these markets also have immense possibilities. If you work hard in West Bengal, you can do very good business.

Apart from this, we are doing very well in Gujarat and Maharashtra. However these markets are competitive, still, the consumers prefer quality. As we don’t compromise in quality. That’s why we are getting good support in the market.

Especially the markets of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh are also very good for every company. To achieve significant sales here, the dealer network should be strong. Because the market is very large. Therefore, good sales can be achieved here by making more and more distributors. We are also keen on capitalizing this market.

There are challenges in the markets of Haryana, Punjab, Delhi. Even if your rates are reasonable, no matter how good the quality is, the challenge still remains here. To survive here, you have to work hard continuously. Hard work is required in every field, from the quality of the product to sales. The main reason for this, I suppose, is that everyone has easy access to these markets. Almost every brand or major distributor has own warehouse or stock centre in Delhi.

It is very important to have a strong distribution network. All our distributors are very enthusiastic and supportive. They have very much confident on our product. Which thickness is in more demand? What is the status of the premium range?

We are offering EKOIQ and IQ Premium in the premium range for our consumers. There is very good demand in the market. We do not offer low range products like Liner and 0.72. Our effort has been that our products should fulfil every need and imagination of the consumer. Along with this, it should be durable.

Whenever any company introduces its new folder, it has to make 20-30 percent new offering in it. This means that this much new designs have to be introduced in the new folder. Reason for the emergence and development of the laminate is its attractive design. Satisfying the imagination of the customer is the main objective. If one has to remain in the competition, he has to move for something new and better every time.

What is the role of digital presentation against expensive folders, what is the experience of customers with it?

If the presentation of any product is very good and attractive then only the customer is satisfied. You have to draw the attention of your customer towards your product. Digital presentation is also trending, in which the customer gets the opportunity to choose initially. But the customer is satisfied finally only after seeing the actual sheet along with the folder. Still we can say that laminate is such a product whose demand can never decrease.
