Further Search operation by Central team

Special central investigation team revisited Plywood & Resin manufacturing plants of Rohtak and Yamunanagar and drawn samples of Urea and resin found in the premises. Sources confirmed that the special team is still staying in Yamunanagar. Two of the resin samples, drawn in last visit of the central investigation team, has shown negative results, and hence FIR has been registered on the respected units.

According to senior chemical technicians, Neem coating urea in Resin can be ascertained  in lab tests.

‘‘All industrialists are regularly suggested to procure and consume technical grade. Until and unless Govt is satisfied by the increased consumption of technical grade, we will have to face such searches at regular intervals “said Sh. JK Bihani President, Haryana Plywood Manufacturers Association.

“Central fertilizer minister Mansukh Mandaviya has cleared it that he himself is inspecting the whole episode under the direct strict supervision of finance and Prime minister because the matter is costing additionally the exchequer more than 1 lakh crore rupees” said Sh. Naresh Tewari Chairman, All India Plywood Manufacturers Association.

“Industry is not getting any relaxation in the matter despite heavy recession in the market”, he added.

“Industries other than Ply & Panel who are using fertilizer are also grilled regularly in this connection. Samples and bills are collected as evidence from the factories to trap the unscrupulous traders who are duplicating technical grade said Sh. Vikash Khanna, President Delhi NCR Plywood Manfacturer Association.

All industrialist are advised to use technical grade and inspire others also. Moreover, one should complaint against non complying units through the association.’’ he added.

केंद्रीय टीम द्वारा उद्योगों का पुर्ननिरीक्षण

यमुनानगर और रोहतक में विशेष केन्द्रीय टीम द्वारा फिर से प्लाई और रेजीन उद्योग में निरीक्षण किया गया और कारखानों में मौजुद यूरिया और रेजीन के नमुने लिए गए। विश्वस्त सूत्रों से ज्ञात हुआ है कि यमुनानगर में आयी हुई टीम अभी वापस नहीं लौटीं है। पिछले दिनों हुई छापेमारी में उद्योगों से लिए गए रेजीन के नमुनों में से दो फैक्ट्री के नमुने गलत पाए गये और उन पर  FIR  दर्ज हो चुकी है।

रसायन विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार लेब टेस्ट मे नीम कोटेड यूरिया की मौजुदगी का पता लगाया जा सकता है।

श्री जे. के. बिहानी, प्रसीडेंट हरियाणा प्लाईवुड मैन्युफैक्चरर एसोसिएशन ने कहा कि ‘‘सभी उद्योगपतियों को बार-बार यही सलाह दी जा रही है कि टेक्नीकल ग्रेड की खपत बढ़ाएं। जब तक सरकार को टेक्नीकल ग्रेड़ की बिक्री बढ़ी हुई नजर नहीं आएगी, तब तक इस तरह की कार्यवाही बार-बार होती रहेगी’’ ।

श्री नरेश तिवारी, चेयरमैन ऑल इंडिया प्लाईवुड मैन्युफैक्चरर एसोसिएशन ने कहा “केन्द्रीय रसायन मंत्री श्री मनसुख मांडविया ने स्पष्ट किया था कि वित्त मंत्री और प्रधानमंत्री की निगरानी में स्वयं मंत्री इस मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से निरीक्षण कर रहें हैं। क्योंकि सरकार का इस मद में 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का अतिरिक्त बोझ बढ़ गया है।”

“इसलिए उद्योग को बाजार में चल रही भारी मंदी के बावजुद कोई राहत नहीं मिलने वाली है’’ उन्होंने आगे कहा ।

श्री विकास खन्ना, प्रेसीडेंट दिल्ली एनसीआर प्लाईवुड मैन्युफैक्चरर एसोसिएशन ने कहा ‘‘ प्लाई और पेनल उद्योग से अलग खाद का उपयोग करनें वाले दुसरे उद्योगों में भी  बराबर छापेमारी हो रही है। नकली टेक्नीकल ग्रेड़ बेचने वाले व्यापारी को काबु करने के लिए फैक्ट्रियों से नमुनें और व्यापारियों के बिल सबुत के तौर पर एकत्रित किये जा रहे हैं।’’

“सभी उद्योगपतियों को आत्म अनुशासन बरतते हुए टेक्नीकल ग्रेड़ का उपयोग स्वयं भी करना चाहिए और अन्य को भी प्रेरित करना चाहिए। बल्कि समझाने के बावजूद जो गलत कर रहे हों, उनकी शिकायत भी एसोसिएशन के माध्यम से दर्ज करानी चाहिए।’’ उन्होंने आगे कहा ।
