FIPPI (Federation of India Plywood and Panel Industries) felicitated Padma Shri Sajjan Bhajanka in a grand ceremony held at Taj Hotel on 10 July 2025 in Delhi.

Everyone appreciated the outstanding contribution of Padma Shri Sajjan Bhajanka in the wood panel industry. Eminent representatives of the wood industry from different corners of India and members of the association were present in the ceremony.

Padmashree Sajjan Bhajanka, in the event, said that the consumer should always be the priority of the industry. This is the basic mantra of success. He emphasized, if there is a problem in your product, or the customer is complaining about that product, that complaint should be heard in the shortest possible time. It should be resolved quickly. In this way you can make your customer your brand ambassador.

Citing his own example, he said that many times we get complaints that there is a defect in the product. But that product is not manufactured by our company. But even after this we listen to the customer’s complaint. Because it is a matter of customer’s trust. His trust should not be broken. How to deal with fake or copy products is our responsibility. The trust that the customer has on our product should remain intact under all circumstances. This should be the rule of every industry. Only then will we be able to win the customer’s trust.

He said that you should have a clear attitude towards your product and business. Make rules and follow them. Always Take care of quality at all times. Compete with yourself. By which you will keep making your product better and better.
