Rate Increased in Plywood

In the meeting of the executive committee of Haryana Plywood Manufacturers Association held on dated 21st Jan. 2022 at hotel Daawat-E-Plaza, Yamuna Nagar, it was, after discussion, resolved that : –

“Due to extra-ordinary increase in price of farm grown wood namely Eucalyptus and Poplar and the fuel wood and also gereral inflation, the cost of manufacturing have gone-up.”

“Therefore the rates of all types of plywood, board and doors are increased by 8% with immediate effect including on the pending orders.

While Punjab Plywood Manufacturers Association has declared 5% increase in rates.

All other state plywood manufacturers association have supported the initiative and confirmed the 8% rate increased from their respective association’s platform.
