However, the government is introducing changes slowly so that everyone can adjust to their businesses according to their circumstances. However, there are still many people who are avoiding to be a part of this change. Some of them are taking chances that with a change in power, India will return to its old ways.

India has already became the world’s fifth-largest economy. Now, efforts are being made to move up to the third and second positions. It is an Irony that we are unable to tune our selves along with the speedy progress of the country.

This government has made society and businesses to be competitive, leaving behind old practices. The proper implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a significant step towards progress in business. Those who have aligned their businesses with it are satisfied with the change of system.

The changes brought in the system, by attacking the root of leakages, is perhaps almost irreversible. While businesses have got some relief from the bureaucratic system, even the bureaucrats are not dissatisfied with the current system, it seems.

Any business with a turnover of over 5 crores in any financial year since 2017 is now required to generate E-invoices. Most of the industrialists who have adjusted to this new system are favouring for the E-invoices to be introduced from scratch.

There might be some who are afraid of making changes in their traditional business practices where a downturn in the market is a major factor. In such cases, it is essential to have meaningful conversations with those members of industries who have strengthened their businesses adopting these changes. Sharing of their experiences among each other is crucial.

The plywood and panel industries need significant change. Marketing mostly on credit and poor accounting system of transaction are significant flaws in our system that hinder the industry’s expansion. Hopefully, all the enlightened and influential entrepreneur associated with the industry will seriously consider this matter.

हालांकि सरकार बदलाव को धीरे-धीरे थोप रही है ताकि सभी कोई अपनी परिस्थिती को समझते हुए अपने व्यापार में व्यवस्थागत बदलाव ला सकें। लेकिन अभी भी काफी लोग ऐसे है जो इस बदलाव का हिस्सा नहीं बनना चाहते। इनमें से कुछ को लगता होगा कि सत्ता परिवर्त्तन के साथ ही भारत अपने पुराने ढ़र्रे पर लौट जाएगा।

भारत विश्व की पांचवी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था तो बन ही चुका है। अब तीसरे और फिर दुसरे क्रम में आने की कोशिस जारी है। कितनी बिडंबना है कि विकास की राह पर तेजी से बढ़ते हुए देश के साथ हम तालमेल नहीं बना पा रहें हैं।

इस सरकार ने पुराने तौर तरीकों को दरकिनार करते हुए समाज और व्यापार को प्रतिस्पर्धी होने को मजबुर कर दिया है। जीएसटी का सुव्यवस्थित कार्यान्वन व्यापार की प्रगति में एक बहुत बड़ा कदम है। जिन्होंने भी इसके अनुरूप अपने व्यापार को ढ़ालना शुरू कर दिया है, उन्हें इसमें बहुत आनंद आने लगा हैं।

रिसाव (Leakage) की जड़ पर प्रहार करते हुए व्यवस्था परिवर्तन जो कोशिस हो रही है, उसकी वापसी हो पाना आज तो नामुमकिन दिख रही है। जहां एक ओर रोजमर्रा के व्यापार में नौकरशाही से कुछ ना कुछ रियायत मिली है वहीं नौकरशाह भी वर्तमान व्यवस्था में नाखुश नहीं है, ऐसा महसूस होता है।

2017 के बाद के किसी भी वित्तीय वर्श में जिनका कारोबार 5 करोड़ से उपर का था, उन्हें अब E-Invoice बनाना अनिवार्य हो गया है। अधिकांश व्यापारी, जिन्होंने अपना व्यापार इस नई व्यवस्था के हिसाब से व्यवस्थित कर लिया है, उनका मानना है कि E-Invoice अब शुन्य से ही शुरू होनी चाहिए।

कुछ ऐसे भी होगें जो व्यापार में मंदी आ जाने की वजह से अपने परम्परागत तौर तरीके में बदलाव करने से डर रहें हों। ऐसे में उद्योग के उन बंधुओं से आपसी वार्त्तालाप बहुत आवश्यक है जिन्होंने इस परिवर्तन को अपना कर अपने व्यापार को सुदृढ़ किया है। उनके अनुभव आपस में सांझा होने चाहिए।

प्लाई और पैनल उद्योग को भी परिवर्तन की बहुत आवश्यकता है। बाजार में उधार पर काम करने का चलन और आदान-प्रदान का अपूर्ण आंकलन हमारी व्यवस्था की बहुत बड़ी कमीयां है, जो उद्योग के विस्तार को रोक रही है। आशा है उद्योग से संबंधित सभी प्रबुद्ध महानुभाव इस पर गंभीरता से विचार करेंगे।
